Forest Resources Association Interviews Sanders for Magazine

The Forest Resources Association will have an article in its fall 2005 magazine based upon an interview of Gordy Sanders, Pyramid Mountain Lumber Resource Manager, about the Clearwater Stewardship project.

One unique aspect of the Clearwater Stewardship project is the restoration and protection of a grove of very old Larch as shown in the photo above. The image shows the outcome of thinning and then a burn which results in opening up and creating a more positive condition for these old trees.
