The stewardship philosophy of Pyramid Mountain Lumber not only applies to the healthy management of forests, but its philosophy also applies to ensuring employees are paid a respectable wage and receive medical, dental, and retirement benefits.

The following resources are available for employees to access the information they need to make informed decisions about their health and retirement. Employees are always welcome to contact the main office with questions.

Medical and Dental Benefits
Pyramid Mountain Lumber offers medical and dental insurance to its employees and utilizes the TPM Trust Health Plan. Employees hired by Pyramid Mountain Lumber receive an informational packet that explains in greater detail the plan's services.

For information about the plan, employees are invited to go to the TPM Trust web site (http://www.tpmrs.com/healthben.aspx). Plan descriptions and forms are available in PDF format for easy viewing and downloading. Pyramid Mountain Lumber uses the Preferred Provider Plan so be sure to keep that in mind as you review all the information provided on the TPM web site. The customer service telephone number for TPM Trust is (800) 968-7406.

As noted on the TPM Trust web site, Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc. is the company’s third party administrator. One of the benefits Allegiance provides in addition to claims processing is direct access for Pyramid Mountain Lumber employees to find a physician within the preferred provider network. To do so, employees just need to visit the Allegiance web site at http://www.abpmtpa.com/ and follow the appropriate links. Be sure to have your Health Benefit ID card ready because you will need to login with your Group ID plan number and social security number in order to access the physician network information.

Retirement Benefits
Pyramid Mountain Lumber believes it is important to plan for the future. With that in mind, Pyramid Mountain Lumber offers its employees a 401(k) plan to assist them as they save for retirement. The plan is administered through Digital Retirement Solutions, Inc. (DRS) and offers a program that provides peace of mind for one’s investments.

You can login to the DRS web site (https://www.drs401k.com/) to view details about your investment. Be sure to have your plan number, social security number, and PIN available. DRS also has a help desk (888-377-4015) if you would prefer to give them a call. And, as always, the door is open at Pyramid Mountain Lumber’s main office if you have a question about your 401(k) plan.
